Locklands
I enjoyed it well enough, but the constant state of panic was a little bit wearing. There wasn't a moment for characters to take a breath, really, so I didn't feel like I got much out of it from a character perspective, and the plot itself wasn't terribly gripping. Some good set pieces, though. I probably won't read anything else by Bennett, but if you really like Brandon Sanderson you'll probably like him.
